Read this document which is a review of Golder’s EMP in support of Shell’s application. It expresses a strong view that Shell’s draft EMP does not meet the terms of Section 4 of the Bill of Rights or not one of the legal provisions of the MPRDA or the MPRDA regulations that deals with the content requirements of an EMP in support of an exploration right.
